Lake Shore Resort
Lake Shore Resort is a private, gated campground where the owners purchase their lots. There is also a permanent housing side of the park where the owners must build their home. Amenities include a bath house, pool, shelter house, basketball court and a baseball diamond.
Lake Shore Resort is governed by a Park Owner’s Association (POA) composed of all persons holding title to a lot or lots. Dues are assessed yearly for each lot.
CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
Pool is closed every tuesday for cleaning all season. During June and July pool is open on Monday and Wednesday.
During inclement weather pool will be closed and only reopen after no lightning or thunder is present for 30 mins.
Pool will close 1 hour before any bands are scheduled to perform and open 12 on the saturday of a board meeting.
- Lakeshore Resort Poa, is a campground that is accessible throughout the year. The shelter and shower house amenities are turned off from Nov till April. Houses in the building section and the remaining individuals in the campground sections (who are grandfathered in from the State and County ruling dated 12/Oct 20120) may remain year around. You can not live in the campground section year-round after 2012. Members violating this rule are subject to a 200$ fine for each month they are there. If you are living there as a grandfathered resident but you sell your lot and buy a different lot in the park, you are no longer grandfathered in and cannot reside year-round.
